These photos of a skating police officer in Frankfurt, Germany, were taken by Frank Raecker on September 5, 2000 at the world famous Frankfurt Tuesday Night Skate. Every Tuesday night, from March through September, thousands of skaters roll through the streets of Frankfurt, accompanied by law enforcement officers on skates. The first Tuesday Night Skate of 2001 will be on March 27 and the last one will be on October 23.
