Inline Skating Marathons in Spain

2005 Mediterranean Inline Marathon
The 1st annual Mediterranean Inline Marathon will take place in Castelldefels, Spain on Sunday, March 20, 2005. The town of Castelldefels is a a beach resort community located on the Costa del Garraf, approximately 20 kilometers from Barcelona.

Palma de Mallorca Inline Half Marathon
The first Palma de Mallorca inline skating half marathon took place on October 23, 2004 in the town of Palma de Mallorca on the island of Mallorca off the coast of Spain.

Pamplona Inline Marathon
Pamplona Spain is famous for the "running of the bulls", an event where local residents and visitors try to outrun a stampede of angry bulls without getting trampled under their hooves. That city also has a skate marathon called the Pamplona Inline Marathon a Grand Prix event on the World Roller Cup Tour. (Skaters visiting Spain should also participate in the Barcelona Friday Night Skate and visit the coastal city of Sitges).
