Israel at the 2004 Artistic Cup in Italy

80 Israeli artistic roller skaters participated in the Roller World Cup artistic roller skating event in Firenze Italy in the Spring of 2004. A total of 800 skaters from 9 countries participated in the annual event.

Free Skate (Under Age 15)
The Golda Artistic Roller Skating Team from Holon finished the under age 15 free skate event in 4th place.

Quartet Free Skate (Under Age 15)
In the under 15 quartet free skate, a Givatayim team finished in 5th place and a Golda team finished in 6th place. A total 9 teams from around the world participated in that event.

Free Skate (Over Age 15)
A Holon team finished in 5th place out of thirteen teams in the over-15 quartet free skate, and took 8th out of fifteen teams in the team free skate.

The president of the Israel Roller Skating Association, Nabeel Abboud, has confirmed that an artistic roller skating team from Holon will represent Israel in the FIRS 2004 Artistic Roller Skating World Championships in Fresno, California.
