The structures destroyed included the building known locally as "the pavilion" and the picnic area known as the "grafitti pit". While those renovations were taking place, the Venice Beach Skate Dance Circle moved temporarily to a long, narrow, isolated beach parking lot on the Southern edge of Santa Monica. These photos were taken in that area.
