The 7th annual Northshore Inline Marathon
took place on Saturday, September 14, 2002
on a point-to-point route along
the shores of Lake Superior.
Skaters Who Participated
4384 skaters registered for the Northshore Marathon
in 2002, 3802 skaters finished, and the average age of
the competitors was 37. Registered skaters were from 16
countries including Argentina, Austria, Canada, Colombia,
Denmark, France,
India, Italy, Korea, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain,
Switzerland, Tanzania and the United States
