New FIRS President To Be Elected in February of 2005
FIRS Extraordinary Congress in Rome, Italy

The president of the International Roller Sports Federation (FIRS), Isidro Oliveras, resigned on November 26, 2004 in the wake a controversy surrounding the rejection of the Catalan Roller Sports Federation as a member of FIRS. A special meeting to elect a new president has been scheduled for February 12, 2005 and it will take place at the Palazzo CONI in Rome Italy.

  2. Appointment of Scrutineers

  3. Approval of the Minutes of last FIRS Ordinary Congress (Fresno, November 2004).

  4. Report by the President

  5. Report by the 1st Vice President

  6. Report by the Secretary General

  7. Elections for FIRS President

  8. Elections for FIRS 1st Vice president

  9. Composition of the new FIRS Central Committee, formed by President, 1st Vice president (both elected by the Congress, items 7 and 8 of the Agenda) ratification of the five Continental Vice presidents elected by their respective Continental Assemblies and of the Presidents of the Technical Committees elected by their respective Assemblies.
Term of Office for the New President
The term of office for the new President and Vice President will end in 2008 in order to coincide with the schedule for the Olympic Games and the terms of current technical committee presidents.

Who Can Vote?
Federations who have paid all fees due to FIRS will have the right to vote.
