Day 4

Up to 8 bananas (1 to 8 bananas)
All the skim milk you want
Day 5
All the cabbage soup you want (but at least 1 serving)
10 to 20 ounces of beef, chicken, or fish
Up to 6 tomatoes (1 to 6 tomatos)
