2005 U.S. Inline Speed Skating World Team

In June of 2005 the United States Roller Sports Federation (USA Roller Sports) selected the members of the 2005 United States Inline Speed Skating World Team.

    • These skaters will represent the United States at the 2005 Inline Speed Skating World Championships August 26 through September 2, 2005 in Suzhou, China.


    FROM USA ROLLER SPORTS ON JUNE 7, 2005

    USA Roller Sports (USARS) is proud to announce the 2005 Junior and Senior World Team to represent the United States at the Federation Internationale de Roller Sports (FIRS) Inline Speed Skating World Championships. The FIRS World Championships will be held from August 26 through September 2 in Suzhou, China. Team USA will compete against the fastest inline speed skating athletes in the international circuit.

    Junior and Senior World Class athletes contended for one of 16 spots on the Junior World Team and Senior World Team at the 2005 Outdoor Banked Track and Road Inline Speed Skating National Championships held June 2 through June 8 in Colorado Spring, Colo. Inliners competed in both short and long distance races to garner points and overall placements to qualify for Team USA.
