Long Beach Inline Marathon Award Podium |
United States inline speed skater Alexandra Harris of Virginia
finished the 2004 Long Beach Inline Marathon in first place
among the women under age 15.
Alexandra also had the fastest time overall among all of the women
at the event even though she was only 11 years
old at the time. The reason her time was faster then the pro women
was partly because in the pro category cross drafting
between the sexes was not allowed, but it is also because this
girl is FAST!
