Artistic Inline Skate Frames: PIC vs. Traix

Artistic inline skater "Melanie" shares her opinions how about how the PIC artistic inline skate frame compares to the Triax frame.



I skate on the PIC frame and really enjoy it. I tried the Triax skates and I felt they were really too difficut to spin with, and were much heavier than the PIC frame. I was at a competition recently, and all the inline skaters except for myself were skating on the Triax frame, but I noticed that although they did do their jumps really well, the majority of them were spinning off of their toe stops. The Triax seems like it would be better for dance, since the frame is shorter and it has one less wheel.
