2005 Team Bont International

In 2005 Bont Skates of Australia introduced a new team with only one skater from 2004 being retained - the amazing Luca Presti of Italy. Joining Luca Presti on Bont's 2005 international team are Francesco Zangarini of Italy, Christoph Luginbühl of Switzerland (in English spelled "Christoph Luginbuehl"), Marc Christen of Switzerland, and Wouter Hebbrecht of Belgium.

"We are extremely pleased with the mix of team members on Team Bont International 2005, who each bring different strengths to the lineup. We have learned a lot from the 2004 season and we believe we have put together a team that will win the World Inline Cup. We have a friendly team, with firepower in the sprints, but we can also break away and stay away so our coach Bill Begg will have many options at his disposal. In 2005 we will be a lot more professional in terms of supplements, and preparation for the season. We will also have a number of new equipment advances that I think the competition will be very hard pressed to match".
