Dear Federations and Officials,

I have pleasure in communicating you that the 5th World Inline Downhill Championship is scheduled in Borgholzhausen (Germany) on July 9-11, 2004.

Please find here enclosed the corresponding technical rules.

All Federations are kindly requested to circulate such rules to their responsibles of speed skating as well as to inform their athletes and to promote their participation at this big event, officially included in CIC program.

It will be care of the Organising Committee to send you information about entries, hotels, and so on.

Please be free to get in touch with CIC HQ for every further information you will esteem useful. See all of you in Borgholzhausen!
