2005 Master Inline Marathon World Championships
The 2005 World Master Marathon Road Speed Skating
Championships for men and women is organized by the
International Roller Sports Federation and it will take place
in Hamburg, Germany on April 24, 2005.

Age Categories
Age 30-39 (born between 1966 and 1975)
Age 40-49 (born between 1956 and 1965)
Age 50-59 (born between 1946 and 1955)
Age 60 and Above (born in or before 1945)
Eligibility to Compete
Skaters must be able to prove they can
skate a marathon in 2 hours or less, and
they must be registered as a member in
good standing with their country's
official National Roller Sports Federation.
The Race Course
The circuit is a marathon round course through the
city of Hamburg, that is to be
completed once by the athletes. The circuit has been
officially measured and is 42,195 kilometers in length.
Each kilometer is marked by signs. Hamburg offers an
even and fast circuit. It will be kept free of traffic by
the Hamburg police.
Race Day Schedule and Locations
Start - 8:45 am
Finish - 10:50 am (Karolinenstrasse near TV Tower)
Awards - 12:30 in front of Foyer South
Race Packet Pickup
Race packets may be picked up at the Expo Hamburg
(Messe hamburg), hall 9 on Friday April 22, 2005
between 1:00 and 7:00 pm or on Saturday, April
23, 2005 between 8 am and 8 pm.
Required Protective Gear
Helmets and hand protection are required.
