Von Iva Will Perform at the 2005 X Games

Von Iva has been invited to perform at the 2005 Summer X Games in Los Angeles California.

Vocalist Jillian Iva is a force to be reckoned with as she channels vintage Tina Turner, delivering raw, unhinged soul. Elizabeth Davis (ex-7 Year Bitch, Clone) fuels the fire with signature power bass lines while Becky Kupersmith layers sonic keyboard hooks with gritty organ riffs. Lay Lay (ex-Clone) holds it all down with addictive driving disco beats.

Von Iva summons the power of soul music, the pulse of disco and the spirit of punk, injecting fresh new energy into the music scene. In a short time, Von Iva has shaken up San Francisco, sharing the stage with such acts as Metric, Louis XIV, The Bell Rays and The Raveonettes. Their blood sweat and tears approach to live performance has inspired Colm O'Ciosoig of My Bloody Valentine to declare Von Iva to be "...the best band in San Francisco".
