I have not yet learned about any bicycle trails in the United Arab Emirates, but some UAE cities have spacious sidewalks that would be quite suitable for skating. Parks in Dubai I'm not certain if these parks have walkways or trails suitable for skating, but when you want to find a place to skate in a city you are not familiar with, the local parks are always a good possibility.
