were scheduled to be held in Guyaquil, Ecuador but
the event had to be cancelled due to the Corona virus epidemic.

Ecuador Won 4 Medals at the Amerias Cup in Orlando

The Ecuatorian artistic roller skating team
won four medals at the Americas Cup in Orlando Florida
held January 17-21, 2019.
The event was a qualifier for the 2019 Pan American Games
to be held in Lima,Peru. Skaters on Ecuador's team
included 16 year old Samia Alava who won a gold medal
in the junior (age 17-18) division,
