Eddy Matzger and Dave Cooper skatedup 19,340-foot Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa in January of 1998. They both wore special-purpose off-road inline skates. Eddy skated up the mountain on Roces Enduros and Dave wore Rollerblade Coyotes. They started the climb on January 9 and reached the top six days later.
