Organization recognized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) ad the national governing body for the sport of ice hockey in Tunisia. The association was established in September of 2009 with the immediate goal of participating in the inaugural edition of the Afrian Ice Hockey Cup held in Johannesburg, South Africa February 6-11, 2010. The association's longer term goal and purpose is to promote the development of ice hockey in Tunisia and encourage the construction of an ice rink, in order to establish the sport in Tunisia. The Tunisian ice hockey association became an associate member of the IIHF on September 22, 2021.
